The Due Diligence Item Profile Page displays detailed information regarding the individual client DD Items. 

 

The Due Diligence Item Profile Container contains detail information for the ittems. Fields for status, due date, reference number, source/vendor information are editable in a modal window opened by selecting the “Update DD Item” button.

Status of Due Diligence Item—Completed-Accepted, Complete-Waived, In-Progress 

Associated Case

System generated case related to this Due Diligence Item

Date Generated

The date the Due Diligence Item was generated

Review Date

Date the Due Diligence Item is ready for review (based on parent DD Item settings) 

Due Date

Date the Due Diligence Item should be completed

DD Item Period

The timeframe the Due Diligence Period covers 

Completion Date

When Due Diligence Item was completed (regardless of the due date)

Next Review Date

When the next Due Diligence Item is ready for review (for this parent category, based on the global configuration set by your FI)

Reference Number

Internal identification number for the item. Ex: policy number for insurance, invoice number for 3rd party site visit, etc.

Source/Vendor

Name of related Source or Vendor. Ex: Insurance provider or 3rd party site visit company, etc. 

 

The Parent Due Diligence (DD) Item Settings Container displays information on the Parent Item template settings for this Due Diligence Item.

Indicates if the Due Diligence item will always generate at the end of the month

Item Creation Date

Number of days the item should be created before the Review Date

Item Due Date

Number of days after the review date the item is due

Compounding

Indicates if the Due Diligence Child items will keep generating based on the frequency and review date (if not compounding, the items will generate based on the frequency and completion date)

Risk Adjusted

Indicates if the Due Diligence Item is adjusted based on the risk classification of the customer

Documents Required

Yes or No option to indicate if documents must be attached in order to update status to Completed – Accepted

Frequency Override

Yes or No option to indicate if the FI user is able to adjust the frequency requirement set by the global Due Diligence template. 

 

The rest of the containers on the Due Diligence Item Profile Page mirrors the information contained in the Due Diligence Item case that triggers for the Due Diligence item and mirrors the containers in the Case Detail Section. Information entered in the case will appear here, and vice versa.
