The Due Diligence Item Profile Container contains detail information for the ittems. Fields for status, due date, reference number, source/vendor information are editable in a modal window opened by selecting the “Update DD Item” button.

The timeframe the Due Diligence Period covers

When the next Due Diligence Item is ready for review (for this parent category, based on the global configuration set by your FI)

Number of days the item should be created before the Review Date
Item Due Date
Number of days after the review date the item is due
Indicates if the Due Diligence Child items will keep generating based on the frequency and review date (if not compounding, the items will generate based on the frequency and completion date)
Indicates if the Due Diligence Item is adjusted based on the risk classification of the customer
Yes or No option to indicate if documents must be attached in order to update status to Completed – Accepted
Yes or No option to indicate if the FI user is able to adjust the frequency requirement set by the global Due Diligence template.
