Biotrack - Location ID Errors

What should I do when an error like this is returned?

"No data returned for Location: 12345. Data returned for Location(s): 678910"

If there is a location ID issue, the "API Key Status" field in the report (or the API Key Error case) will indicate that no data is returned for a specific location. By default, we use the license number for the location ID. In some instances, they do not match. The error message will show the proper location ID that can be added to the "Biotrack Location ID" field in the State License Information container on the Client profile (or in the case). 

To address the error:

1. Access the State License Information Container for the Client. 

2. Paste the location ID from the error message in the "Biotrack Location ID" field (see the green arrow below) 

3. Save the update by clicking the green check at the end of the row. 

The error in the API key report will be resolved with the overnight run.
