The most straightforward way to ensure a user’s Metrc API permissions are sufficient to pull daily sales totals is to have the Metrc System Admin provide the API key. API key permissions mirror the user permissions.
More granularly, an end user needs permissions for the following endpoints as well as being an “Owner at this Facility”.
Transfers: (Wholesale)
transfers/v1/outgoing
transfers/v1/{id}/deliveries
transfers/v1/delivery/{id}/packages
transfers/v1/delivery/{id}/packages/wholesale
Sales: (Retail)
sales/v1/receipts/active
sales/v1/receipts/inactive
sales/v1/deliveries/active (if their license allows it)
sales/v1/deliveries/inactive (if their license allows it)
