What Are Associated Business Notification Groups?

The Associated Business Notification Group will determine which Client users will receive notification for a task (case) assigned to the Client queue. This is designed to notify users for specific types of tasks assigned to the entity. 

Each Client entity will have a "primary" user who will receive all notifications. This user cannot opt out of a notification group. The "primary" indicator may be changed from one user to another, but one user must be marked as primary. If the primary user is deactivated, the next created active Admin user will become primary. 

Client Notifications may be customized by the FI or Client Admin Users, or a Client User may update their own notification groups. 

 Notification Groups and Associated Tasks

1. Accounting Upload - Financial data (uploading from accounting software / income statement / balance sheet)
2. Entity - General information about the company or related parties. 
3. Financial - Financial data not uploaded from accounting software. 
4. General Communications - General questions
5. Licensing - Questions regarding your state business license or industry license(s). 
6. Sales Data - Questions about industry sales data (API keys / UBI / manually attested industry sales information). 
7. Transaction Inquiry - Questions about a specific transaction(s), requests for supporting information.
