- When logged into the Compliance Portal, select the drop down arrow next to your name in the upper right corner of your screen.
- Select "User Profile" from the drop down.
- In the next screen, select "Edit Notification Settings" in the "Select" dropdown.
- Deselect or select the notifications you would like to receive by clicking in the box in each column. A blue checkmark indicates that a notification will be emailed anytime a task in that category is assigned to the Client queue for the business.
- Once all edits are completed, select Submit.
Notification Groups and Associated Tasks
- Accounting Upload - Financial data (uploading from accounting software / income statement / balance sheet)
- Entity - General information about the company or related parties.
- Financial - Financial data not uploaded from accounting software.
- General Communications - General questions
- Licensing - Questions regarding your state business license or industry license(s).
- Sales Data - Questions about industry sales data (API keys / UBI / manually attested industry sales information).
- Transaction Inquiry - Questions about a specific transaction(s), requests for supporting information.
