Why am I being asked for more detail?

Modified on Thu, 30 Jul at 11:49 AM

Applications may ask for information about an individual, business, or organization. These questions may be multiple choice, yes/no, or another response type. Depending on the Authorized Representative's answer, the application may ask follow-up questions to collect additional details.

These follow up questions will appear in separate sections, or cards, within the application, but will only appear when an applicant’s response requires more information.

For Example:  Do you have an ATM Onsite?  This simple question may require additional detail from you on how you manage and replenish cash or ownership of the ATM.

These additional questions assist the financial institution in understanding expected activity and necessary services.
