How to Create a MRB User

  1. Access the User List by clicking Users at the top of your screen.

 

  1. The Users Screen will display all users with access to your MRBs. The Status icons in the left column indicate the status of the user.
    1. Green = Active
    2. Red = Locked Out
    3. Gray = Disabled
    4. Amber = Pending
  2. To create a new user, click Add User and complete the fields on screen, including the Associated Business container before clicking Submit.

Create user profiles for each employee who will need to access the Shield Compliance system. Owners of multiple MRBs may grant other users access to all or only some of those organizations. 


Note: A user’s email address and username CANNOT be changed.

Complete the Associated Businesses container

  • Select the business from the drop down and click the Add More link in the lower left of the container if multiple businesses should be selected


Note: Users must be assigned to at least one business and can be associated to multiple businesses


Click Submit to send a system generated email to the new user. The email will provide a link to the login website and a temporary password. The user should follow the First Time Login for New Users process.
